It was family friendly with the 2 pools, spa and BBQ area, the townhouse was great for the money we paid
The lounges needed updating in our townhouse
The location was great. Close to the shops and the motorway. Kathy at reception was fantastic. Nothing was too much to ask and she was always friendly and polite. The unit we were in was right next to reception, just across from the pool and you could always get a lovely breeze through the balcony door.
It was disappointing to find the bedrooms needed vacuuming when we arrived. We moved the beds to get better access to the wardrobes and found rubbish under them, crumbs on the floor and food wrappers in the wardrobe. Not the way you want to start your holiday. Having said this, once I pointed this out to staff they apologised and were quick to rectify the matter.
Nice place to stay. Resort near to shopping centre.
Great place to relax
No enough nice weather , stayed during the Storm
The privacy was great & the security meant that we felt comfortable letting the children play & explore the beach area & courtyard at their leisure. Only walking distance to the supermarket made simple meal preparation inexpensive & allowed us to utilise the kitchen & BBQ areas. Over all it was clean, comfortable & welcoming, we strongly recommend Isle of Palms Resort for a families.
Good location, quiet, view from the villa was nice.People had complained about permanent residence in complex but we had no problems with that everyone very nice, had problem with black ants out the back ask maintence man for ant kill no problems he came back straight away with powder and fixed problem. Private pool maintained beautifully.
Rooms need to be serviced better, fan and air con in bedroom not working, shower dripping all the time, furniture and bedspread were dirty and cleaning needs to be improved greatly, appliances broken.
we stayed in a lake veiw appartment, was just fantastic will definatley stay again.
Everything was perfect like home away from home lol
The quiet, the waterfront location, the pools, the spa and close location to shopping centre.
The couch wasn't very comfortable - needs updating.
Great Family appartment. Fantastic value with plenty of room.
Excellent for families ,as there is plenty of room in the unit. The barbeques were good and always clean. The pool and spa were handy and popular with the kids. The gardens were impressive.I will definetly try to stay there again on my next visit to queensland.
Easy access of unit, good parking, views great, if weather was warmer would have been brilliant for outdoor swimming and activities, privacy, decor, So close to shopping centre. Unit had almost all of personal needs. Foxtel. Bed comfortable. Outdoor relaxing area great at unit. Tv in bedroom.
No hair dryer in unit, can hear neighbour talking while sitting in lounge through wall. No face washer supplied, water in unit ran out quickly, bath could not run to full, no plug for bath. Sadly, a bit far from major attractions. Better and more pillows per bed. Needed curtain scrim in bedrooms so can change with drapes open.
Lake view, swimming pool, accessible to shopping centre
Room doesn't have any air conditioned, dvd player a bit average not working properly. Cutleries from the drawer are dirty when we checked in. Mugs are stained.
I like the pool and playing tennis and volleyball. Having Foxtell was a bonus. Being able to work out of the unit and walk a short distance to the water was great and also being close to shops was definitely a bonus. There were no noisy neighbours which was great. Beds were comfortable and shower was good. Second toilet downstairs.
No bath tub in bathroom and the fact that the bathroom had to be locked at both doors. Not being able to access tennis court or games room after closing times on weekends and public holidays. Second & third bedrooms small and no bedside tables with lamps next to beds in those rooms.
There is a small shopping mall nearby. Very convenience to get things we need from kMart and Coles inside d mall... Beautiful view of the lake..
Abit old but nice view of the lake. Toilets doors cannot be lock..
